Horse Hair
Raku
Pieces are fired in the
traditional manner of 16th Century Japanese Raku. They
are burnished to a satin smoothness to promote a natural
integration between form and substance. Each piece is
individually smoked to create color, warmth and spirit.
Randomly burned horse hair creates the black lines.
Each piece will vary slightly from image shown.
